These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "You") and jill7 ("jill7," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jill7.net and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the jill7 platform or any affiliated gaming service.

jill7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending review.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active jill7 account only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your jill7 account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify jill7 of any unauthorized access.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your registered name, address, payment methods, or contact details must be reported to jill7 support promptly.

All monetary transactions on the jill7 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jill7 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, InstaPay, and PesoNet.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your jill7 account:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. jill7 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• jill7 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own service charges for which jill7 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jill7 account in real time. In cases of technical delay, credits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit does not reflect within this window, contact jill7 support with your transaction reference number.
• jill7 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Members may request withdrawals of real-money account balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit into the same account and that is registered in the same name as the jill7 account holder.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Members who have not yet completed KYC will be prompted to submit valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required compliance review.

jill7 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards through its Rewards and Coin programs. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus or promotion is available to eligible members only. jill7 determines eligibility at its sole discretion and may exclude certain accounts from promotional offers.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus offers cannot be retrospectively applied.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements"). Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games, bingo, and other products may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers, or any form of arbitrage, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent account closure.
• jill7 Coin earned through the loyalty program may be redeemed in accordance with the current Coin redemption schedule. Coins have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

All games available on the jill7 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, sports betting, and e-sabong — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

jill7 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure provably fair outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers under real-time conditions. jill7 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, incomplete game round, or connectivity failure during a game session, jill7 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed or its outcome cannot be verified, the wager amount will be returned to the member's account balance. jill7's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jill7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age or if online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification.
• Operating, accessing, or benefiting from more than one jill7 account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform or games.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) of the Philippines, as amended.

• Conducting matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract value from promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens jill7 staff, support agents, or other members.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, text, graphics, and other materials on the jill7 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of jill7 or its licensed third-party content providers and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the jill7 platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jill7 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine used on the platform.
• Use jill7 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any commercial context without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the jill7 platform on any other website or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jill7, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or winnings arising from technical failures, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond jill7's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jill7 platform.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that is subject to late update or correction.

jill7's total aggregate liability to any member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jill7 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care toward Filipino members very seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jill7 members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• Direction by a Philippine regulatory body, court order, or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance review. jill7 is not required to return balances to accounts closed due to confirmed fraudulent activity or terms violations.

jill7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jill7 will notify registered members via the platform notification system, in-app alerts, or email to the address registered on your account.

Continued use of the jill7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The version number and "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most current published version of these Terms. Previous versions may be requested from jill7 support for reference purposes.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with your use of the jill7 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and jill7, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. The majority of concerns raised by Filipino members are resolved within 48 hours through our standard support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For disputes concerning PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, the applicable regulatory dispute resolution process shall apply.
